Sharp Cheddar Cheese, buttery hashbrown potatoes, perfectly browned beef, mixed vegetables all in a creamy sauce make this Casserole a bit hit.
Ingredients
1 pound 85 x15 ground beef1 large onion chopped. (I use 1 large onion, about 1 cup)2 tablespoons olive oil (use to saute the onion)10.5 oz can of Cream of celery soup½ cup milk12 ounces of frozen vegetables (whatever kind you like/have) I use a 10 oz bag because I can't get a 12 oz bag in the supermarkets in my area). 20 ounces of unfrozen shredded hash brown potatoes. 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese¼ cup melted butter (I use ½ cup)2 tablespoons granulated garlic (optional)¼ teaspoon Accent (optional)Salt & Pepper to taste

Addition Information
Use any type of seasoning you like such as seasoning salt, chili seasoning or add a Cajun flair to it by using creole seasoning.
